Excellent Service Advisor Karina Gonzalez provided me with a thorough and knowledgeable explanation of the service that was performed on my Camry. She went over services that had been done previously with dates an mileage, and the she made suggestions about what needed to be done in the future. Karina even explained how I could save money on tires by waiting for the Spring sale. She gave me printouts to compare tire types so that I could make an educated decision. She also explained in detail the service that was performed today. She was friendly, professional, and great to work with. I am glad Maita Toyota has service advisors like Karina on their staff. It puzzles me that her name is not listed as a service advisor in the section below. Please include Karina in the list immediately. More

Great service I always have my 1998 Toyota Tacoma 4x4 serviced at this dealership (oil changes, etc). The prices are about the same as other non-dealer shops, but I always have my 1998 Toyota Tacoma 4x4 serviced at this dealership (oil changes, etc). The prices are about the same as other non-dealer shops, but the quality and service is better here at Maita. I have recently been working with Kurt Schnell and he has been great. The mechanics are excellent. Actually everyone in service has been great. I plan on having all my automotive services completed at this dealership as long as I have a Toyota. Which is probably forever. More
