Bought a 2016 Mini hardtop that was purchased late 2019 that was a lease and had low miles for my daughter to drive back and forth to school. I am so disappointed because after I said I didn't think it was needed, I was told "Ms...... I would hate for you to go over something and it hits the pump and you will be out of a lot of money". Well, I took the service adviser's advice because I trusted him. Usually I ask to see it, but we had taken a courtesy ride to the shopping center. This is the second time I have been SOLD a part that I DID NOT NEED. You guys are great salesman, but you won't win by lying and stealing. I really want you to put the old oil pan back on, and give me the 1k that was unnecessarily spent.🤔🤔 I really hate this happened I 👀you for who you REALLY are, and I no longer trust you all. ANY ONE TAKING YOUR CAR THERE, ASK TO SEE ANY PART THAT THEY TELL YOU NEEDS CHANGING. If nothing else, at least try not to forget to ask for the old part. More
