I made my appointment online (super easy! ). Showed up at service department on time, Jeep was immediately taken to service area, we were directed to the waiting area. Coffee, water and snacks ). Typical response “we can’t replicate issue”. I gave them info on issue because it happened one year ago and was repaired and even gave them info on dealer and persons I worked with prior. No discussion, just a text saying car is ready and we couldn’t replicate issue. Manager called and was kind but couldn’t offer any solution except to get to bottom of it.
