We went in for our normal oil change and that was fine but come to find out a tool was left on the battery and shorted out the system. We were out of state at the time and worried if we would make it home but come to find out a tool was left on the battery and shorted out the system. We were out of state at the time and worried if we would make it home. We had to buy a new battery. We brought the truck back in to get it checked out and to return the tool that was left. We were not offered reimbursement for the battery. More
