My Review of Manhattan Ford Lincoln Mercury:
When I began my search for a new vehicle I wasn't just looking for a new automobile, I was looking for peace of mind. My wife and I have a 16-month old beautiful baby boy and we had quite simply outgrown our previous car. We do a fair amount of highway driving to upstate New York and a reliable, safe vehicle with additional space was what we were looking for.

The Ford Escape was on the top of our list and we shopped around a bit with mixed results. After doing a random search of Ford dealer's in the NYC area I found Manhattan Auto and it turned out to be a very fortunate decision.

It had been a while since we purchased a new vehicle and it can be a stressful exprecience. However, the people at Manhattan Auto made us feel comfortable immdediately from the moment we walked thru the door.

Their showroom is spacious and accomodating. We were introduced to Anthony Felline who made us feel welcome and we had a very warm and friendly vibe from him right away. We knew what we wanted and went right down to business. There was zero pressure, no hassle and no stress whatsoever.

Anthony was an underatsnding and accomodating sales rep who explained everything to the last detail with no BS. My wife and I were very comfortable and simply wanted to sleep on our decision and promised to give Anthony a call in the morning. There was no problem at all ... He left everything up to us.

In the end, we ended up with a great deal on an amazing vehicle with no hidden costs or last-minute surprises in the small print. I asked Anthony if we could pick up the car the next day and it was ready as promised .... He even took care of the transfer with our insurance company and saved us the headache of dealing with the DMV ... Everything was taken care of on a highly professional, fast and friendly manner.

Anthony called me to confirm that the car was ready and after I took care of the paperwork with the very easy going finance person we were all set. I drove the car home that day and we could not be happier with the Ford Escape and the smooth and easy experience in which we made the puchase. I highly recommend this dealer and would absolutely request Anthony Felline to help you with the purchase of your new car.

My Review of Manhattan Ford Lincoln Mercury:
I met Anthony Felline briefly while on a recent visit to Mahattan Ford. My co-worker reconized him from a different dealership in Staten Island. I test drove the 2012 Explorer that day through another salesperson at Mahattan Ford. A month later I decided to lease the Explorer. I went to the Ford dealer in Bay Ridge. The guy was nice but They had to find the vehicle and swap, which gave me time to think about what I was getting myself into.

The next morning I decided to give Anthony a call and he told me to come in to see what he could do. I was trading in my Ford Edge for the Ford Explorer. My first impression of Anthony is that he was very professional, friendly and accommodating. Dressed in a suit, I thought he was a sales manager. He took his time going over numbers and different scenarios for a lease. I felt very comfortable dealing with Anthony and being a female customer, not once did I feel like I was getting the run around from him. Anthony had in the building a 2012 Silver Ford Explorer fully loaded and within my price range.

I decided to lease the vehicle from Manhattan Ford because I was getting a better vehicle and I loved the service. I'm very pleased with the process. Joe, my delivery guy was very patient and showed me how to operate the entire vehicle. My finance person, Moustafa, did a very good job of explaining the wellcare and maintenance plan to me. Which I really appreciated.

All in all, I had a very good experience. They didn't take advantage of me. I'm proud that I was able to negoitate the lease on my own. I obtained a lot of knowledge during this process. No hassle, no pressure! Just pleasant and professional. I will lease again with Manhattan Ford and refer them to my family and friends. I love my new Ford explorer!

My Review of Manhattan Ford Lincoln Mercury:
Having started my contacts with this company in a very disappointing mode, through the initial sales reps, after relaying my experience to management, the service recovery through the Centre Manager, Isaac Ashwal, was absolutely impecable. Everyone was very attentive and corteous and assisted in expediting the Lease of my new Ford Edge. I definitely reccommend this company and its team members. The facilities are also very good. Thank you all for your assistance and efforts. You've gained a customer.
My recommendation is to always voice any service challenges. They deserve the opportunity to make it right. And they do a very good job at it.

I had another initial Dealer which I was not completely satisfied with but I want to make it 100% CLEAR that I was COMPLETELY SATISFIED with the professional care, diligence and service I received from the aforementioned gentlemen as well as lady.
I will continue to use the services of Manhattan Ford Dealership and would highly recommend my union Brothers and Sisters as well as those I work with in law enforcement to contact the team above and specifically the Car Dealer, Mr.Vincent Savino.

Mr. Anthony Felline was very accomodating, professional, knowledgeable, polite and provided me with excellent service. His knowledge of the newly released 2013 Ford Explorer was excellent!!! He made sure that all my needs were met by communicating with me in all aspects of this Lease. I never felt any pressure nor was I rushed to make a deal when I was at their Showroom. I am perfectly satisfied with the service I received from Mr. Felline and all of the Support Staff at the Manhattan Auto Group. Definitely would recommend to anyone A+++

Mr. Felline was very helpful to a person that had not bought a car in thirty-two years. Procedures as well as automobiles have changed greatly in that time. Mr. Felline was knowledgeable and patient in arranging and conducting a test drive, getting plates and arranging the insurance coverage. Things went smoothly.

My Review of Manhattan Ford Lincoln Mercury:
I can heartily recommend the outstanding service provided to me by Alan Bass and Nilay Desai. The brake calipers broke on my 2011 Mustang while driving in Manhattan on a Wednesday evening. I had the vehicle towed to Manhattan Ford on a Thursday. Being from Virginia and needing to get back home as quickly as possible for personal reasons made the timing of this breakdown difficult. Explaining my situation to Alan Bass and Nilay Desai resulted in something I've rarely experienced, they actually empathized (!) and went the extra mile to accommodate me. Normally this job would take a few days, especially in a busy shop like Manhattan Ford; but they had the car repaired and ready to go in one day, and at a fair price, too! These are very good service oriented and client-focused people.
