While searching for a used Honda Pilot, I contacted Manly Honda and Tom Haidet. From the start, Tom was helpful, knowledgeable, and personable. I soon learned that used Pilots were few and the available stock required more comprimises than I was willing to accept. Tom pointed me to a new car in another dealership that was configured exactly as I wished. He was able to secure the car for me, make selected additions to the vehicle, and arrange delivery to my home. The process was easy and conducted to my satisfaction. I saw how very organized everything was and how the workers were so customer service orientated. No one I saw didn't have to stand and wait for service. Excellent service, except I was told it would take 1/1/2-2 hours and actually took closer to 3 hours.
