My Review of Manly Honda:
The reason for the amazing rating is because I had an amazing, haste free time buying my brand new 2012 civic si sedan. Never once did I feel like I was getting screwed. Everyone I delt with was down to earth, honest and funny as hell. I went in knowing exactly what I wanted and why and I left whit exactly that. Nothing more nothing less.. no haggling, no up selling, no but u sure u don't want.... Had a blast and looking fowArd to seeing everyone again when bring my new baby in for her first soil change. Highly recommend to everyone I speak to that asks about my new car. Thank u guys.

My Review of Manly Honda:
We found our experience w/ Herb Navarro the most positive one in purchasing a used car for our daughter. He was bilingual, extremely thoughtful,polite, very knowledgeable,especially in answering my mechanic husband's questions. We did not feel pressured, as other dealers had made us walk out of their dealerships. Mr. Navarro went out of his way to make us feel comfortable & got us the best deal w/ the money we had. He was very pleasant to work w/. We have highly recommended him & his dealership to our family & friends. We plan to return to Herb for our next family car.

My Review of Manly Honda:
the truck we bought, 5 minutes after getting on to 101 engine light came on, bad turbo.
had to be replaced. When being replaced we found out the warranty for the truck expired way before we bought which we were not told. who would buy a $40,000 truck with no warranty!! after going back and forth we received a warranty for a year, turbo was replaced in April...
4 MONTHS LATER; FRIDAY 10-21-11 turbo goes out AGAIN! taken in, came with warranty from ford in april but now new turbo does not come with a new warranty, only covered at 70,000, so if the turbo goes out again after we are held responsible, i tried giving the truck back, the day we drove it off the day the problems started. today the service dept was fine no complaints, no complaints with the salesman. but after all the problems and having the truck only 4MONTHS this should not be happening, getting the warranty back in april was very hard to do, staff did not care they sold a car after telling the buyer false information, and now trouble again. sorry would not refer to a friend.

My Review of Manly Honda:
Tom Haidet and the sales team were fantastic. They went the extra mile to insure that I got the best leasing deal possible, in the face of questionable credit rating data. I was totally impresssed with how they were looking out for the customer (me). Not at all what I expected from a car dealership. Great experience.

Dave Ashby in service was fantastic. Extremely patient with my barage of questions. Made us feel very much at ease. Great guy. Now we understand what to expect re: service of our new Honda CR-V, and it's all good!!!

My Review of Manly Honda:
I wanted to trade in my 2006 Honda civic Coupe for a good condition used truck. Manly Honda was my first stop since I purchased my Honda from them. Tom Haidet was kind enough to show me the trucks they had to sell. None of them were quite what I wanted until we looked at a truck at the back of the lot that hadn't yet become available. Over a period of about 10 days I had a chance to drive the truck and once it became available for sale (was on financial hold)we were able to negotiate what turned out to be a perfect deal for me. The entire transaction was very smooth and without any surprises, and I am totally happy with my new truck. Everyone at Manly Honda, but especially Tom, was helpful, respectful, and went out of their way to make sure I had a terrific experience. I would definitely recommend Manly Honda - for a new or used vehicle.

My Review of Manly Honda:
Friendly, courteous, and patient.My husband and I called before visiting to work out some paperwork. We spoke to Tony L on the phone who was very helpful. By the time we got there, Tony L was not there, Tony T helped us. I took my time finding the right car and Tony T was very patient, not at all pushy. We stayed very late to get the deal done. Everyone was very friendly. The work was done quickly and thoroughly. I got the car for a great price. By the time we finished, the detailer had closed up shop. I brought the car back the next day so the car could be cleaned up. Tony L came out to say hello and get the car over to detailing. I just picked it up and the car looks great! I am so excited to be driving my "new to me" car. Thank you, Manly Honda!

I was looking for a new Honda Fit Sport, and couldn't find any in the South Bay. I found Manly Honda through Google search, called them up and they had the style and color that I was interested in. Talked to Dave Sambad on the phone, and since I couldn't come up to the dealer the day of my call to purchase the vehicle, he called me that evening at closing to let me know that the car was still available. Drove up the next day, and the car was waiting for me, just like Dave said. Dave went over all of the features of the car, and was very diligent in his work. It was a pleasure dealing with him, and made the 2 hour drive back home that much nicer. I would highly recommend Dave to anyone who is shopping for a car.

My Review of Manly Honda:
I've purchased two cars here - a used CRV in 2007, and then yesterday a 2011 Fit Sport (Yay!). In 2007, Jessica Knapp was my salesperson, and was super helpful, not pushy, and generally very friendly. Yesterday, I drove 100 miles from the Sac Valley just to see if she was still selling cars! Fortunately, Jessica was still at Manly, but doing finance now. Another salesperson, Jesse Bower, helped me with my Fit purchase, and was helpful and courteous. The negotiation process was actually not that stressful, and I was happy with the trade-in value for my old CRV. The negotiation for any car sale/trade-in can be a bit rehearsed (they low ball the trade-in, you say no way, they give you more $, etc...), but I never felt like they weren't willing to offer a decent deal. And then Jessica did my financing and paper-work. 5 stars, Jessica! It was like hanging out with a friend instead of signing on for debt.

I had to drive back the day after the sale to bring the title for my old car, and Jesse was very kind to retrieve a few forgotten items from that car. He even cleaned off my old license plate frames. Thanks!
