Beware! ! This dealership sells salvaged titled cars! Their ads are sneaky by calling them Branded Titles, when they should clearly list that they are selling More

A "branded title" is exactly that, a rebuilt or salvage title. The wording may have been confusing to you, but I assure you it was not an intention to deceive. IF you had bought the vehicle this would have been thoroughly gone over with you. We have changed the description to "rebuilt/salvage" title vehicle. I'm not sure how much time you wasted by contacting us, but you have our sincere apologies.

We've been in business right here in Richmond for 20 years. We pride ourselves on great customer service, and our huge percentage of repeat customers is testament to that. We carry a 4 star plus rating on facebook and google, but as in any public venture there will always be some people who are unhappy or unsatisfied with your services no matter what you do.

Maybe just be straight forward in your ads when you are trying to push salvage titled cars. 🤷🏼‍♀️
