On my 3rd Lincoln. Very happy with servcice dept. Had only one bad experience since 1986, and that clown was fired (eventually). I buy them from Jack Kelly. He treats me okay. I've owned over 30 cars in my life, the BEST were the 1960s & 1970s (Chrysler) IMPERIALS, but since their demise in 1978, the Lincoln is tops. Terrific Build Quality, and ultra comfortable, youDO get what ya pay for! More
