I went to this dealership because I have had negative dealings with other dealerships. I was waited on right away by Ken, the salesman for Marchese Chevrolet. I told him what I was looking for and told him my bottom line. He showed me a new Silverado in my price range and made the deal right away. They also took of my lease from another dealer. It was a very pleasant experience overall. I would recommend this dealer to anyone.

My Boy Friend and I where faithful country chevy customers in warwick N.Y but about 7 months ago they closed there doors so Mitch general Manager and Tom went to work for Marchese Chevrolet in Fort Montgomery N.Y Mitch is Manager there and Tom does what he does best sell cars My boyfriend purchased a 2013 chevy silverado LTZ and I purchased a 2013 chevy Traverse great deal great people just like country chevy father and son owned so when you walk in there you feel like part of there family they are so good my boyfrends sister that lives in Glensfalls N.Y just purchased a 2013 chevy malibu from Marchese Chevy and thats about 3 hours away so that says something about Marchese chevrolet go in and give them a try you wont be disappointed

I specifically sought out Tom Ulbrich because he had sold my husband, and my daughter their cars at the dealership at which he had worked previously (that dealership had closed!) I received the same service I was expecting....courteous, cordial, with utmost concern for my needs, and wants. Even though Marchese is an out-of-the way location for me, it was definitely worth the trip. I was comfortable with the way I was dealt with. I did have an issue, but it was resolved with NO problem, and my satisfaction with my purchase appeared to be a concern for all involved. We generally keep our cars for MANY years, but when I do need a new car, I will definitely be returning to Marchese, and Tom.

Every 4 years we buy 2 new cars at the same time we where a loyal country chevrolet customers in warwick N.Y but about 6 months ago they closed the doors and no longer in business Mitch and Tom worked there. one day i get this call on my cell phone it was Mitch he told me he was going to Marchese Chevrolet as a manager and that Tom will also be going to help sell cars for Mitch to care that much about the brand he sells and remember me i was blown away Marchese Chevrolet is owned by a father and son and they just make you feel like you are the only one no rush no hassle please give these guys a try you wont be disappointed will buy from again and again

I have to say that Tom, Ian, Chris, Larry, Barbara ...and the rest of the team at Marchese are all way above bar when it comes to Customer service.!!! ..
I always feel like I'm visiting that cousin that I haven't seen for years, and leave knowing that besides a business transaction, I am leaving a group of friends that feel like Family....
.... I constantly brag about the service that I receive when I go there. I personally know of at least five people that go to Marchese when it comes to periodic, or unscheduled service, or purchasing a vehicle...., as a matter of fact, that Is how I found out about Marchese years ago.

To name a few friends and family members that frequent Marchese, Timothy, Nicholas, Rick, Henry, and John.

l be going up there just to visit soon.

tom was a pleasure to work with after having visited seven dealers in the last two weeks i was getting frustrated by the non urgency of the other salesmen i had encounted tom asked me what i was looking for and located it in a timley fashion i would definitly send my friends to marchese and ask for tom class act all the way

Just bought used Silverado from Marchese Chevrolet. My experience could not have been better. The whole process was quick and efficient. Tom Ulbricht was an excellent salesman who made the sale go smooth and painless. I would definitely buy another vehicle from this dealership and highly reccomend that you deal with Tom.

I personally visited over 10 dealerships since being stationed in New York in June 2012. I have always been a loyal Chevrolet customer. Tom Ulbrich and the Marchese Chevrolet Team made my new vehicle experience an incredible one. I had lost hope after the first 10 dealers I visited since November 2012 for many negative reasons, and I wish I had started at Marchese Chevrolet. The atmosphere was extremely friendly, everyone was courteous and was able to hold a friendly conversation, and I did not feel pressured at any time. In fact, the original vehicle I was looking at was a great deal, but Tom went out of his way to find me a better one, and did not pressure me to buy either one. He consistently reminded me that it is a big decision and he would like for me to take my time and consider all of the factors, but that he would also like to take the extra time to assist me in making the right decision. I did not get the feeling that he was trying to get every cent possible from me. I honestly can say that Marchese Chevrolet is the best dealer I have been to in my 17 years of driving and always being a potential buyer. I have purchased vehicles in Connecticut, Texas, and now New York. This was definitely the best vehicle buying experience I have ever had. I will be sure to recommend Marchese Chevrolet, and specifically Tom Ulbrich, to anyone who is stationed with me at West Point, NY and interested in purchasing a new or used vehicle.

My husband and I leased the 2014 Equinox LTZ. Tom was more than accomadating in showing us how to use all the gadgets and gizmos that the LTZ came with. We were and are completely satisfied with Tom's help and our new Equinox. We found Tom very friendly, not pushy and very knowledgable about Chevy vehicles.
