Sales was amazing but the finance manager was very disgusting with the process. He wanted me to sign documents without explaining what I was signing. Then he disrespectfully brushes me, THE CLIENT, of disgusting with the process. He wanted me to sign documents without explaining what I was signing. Then he disrespectfully brushes me, THE CLIENT, off and says he has another client. But I watched him leave the facility with his belongings after we closed the deal. I understand it was the end of workday but if I am giving you my business and planning on buying another Toyota I deserve to be treated with respect and hospitality at least. Derak Rawlings gave me the worst experience that I have ever had at dealership. I will NEVER buy another vehicle from this dealership if I have to deal with Derak Rawlings. This is unacceptable and completely unethical how he does business. I am not pleased at all. More
