Edmond Kim was knowledgeable of the products and processes. We didn't feel pushed or "sold" anything we didn't understand. He was pleasant to work with and appears to really like Acura products and engineering concepts.

Jean-Pierre was not considerate of our time constraints and began a 90 minute paperwork session after we told him several times that we had only 5 to 10 minutes before we had to leave. We had to force an awkward departure and postponement. We were happy that Edmond was available the next day to complete the transactions.

This is a great dealership! I have been leasing vehicles from them for seven years. My current vehicle lease was expiring. They took a customer (me) with marginal credit (due to the economy) and were able to get me into a purchase of that vehicle. I was totally amazed. They will have my business for many years to come.

Marin Acura and Edmond were great! They took my Toyota Prius lease on trade in and gave me a great base price and monthly payment on a new TL. My 4 year old got to play in the kids playroom that they have (genius by the way), Edmond had the car washed and waxed before delivery, he checked me out on the Tech Package and Nav to make sure I knew how to use everything......all around great experience. Would definitely recommend them.

Enjoyed the car buying experience here.
it was short and sweet.
not the usual hrs of haggling.

only Issue I had was that there was 8 volvo c70 listed on their site and only 1 on the lot. but I was treated well and fairly.

Acura of Marin has a large stable of cars and they had several of the car that we were looking for. They also matched & beat the price of a local competitor. The whole sale/negotiation process took under 1 hour too. BTW no trade-in
