Took Outback in for reg oil change and tire rotation on 3/3/2026. Southtown is the only place I've gone to for these services every 6mos like clockwork. I recently contacted Mark Miller Subaru calling from Sacramento California I hit button one initially and it was transferred to the midtown store or I spoke with a representative named Carlos who in my Sacramento California I hit button one initially and it was transferred to the midtown store or I spoke with a representative named Carlos who in my opinion was very much unprofessional condescending and dismissive when I asked him could I pay over the phone in full for a vehicle with cryptocurrency when he said no I don't even know what that is what are you talking about My xxx to speak to his manager then I was transferred to an individual by the name of Lance whether this individual's a manager is very doubtful to me based on the amount and level of unprofessionalism displayed. These individuals show no interest in resolving the issue at hand no drive or motivation it seemed All I wanted to do was spend $30,000 on a vehicle in full and I thought I would be treated as such quite the opposite it gets worse then I call again hit number two for the other Mark Miller dealer I speak with one individual whom I don't know their name and they assured me they would let me speak to the general manager I get transferred to a deadline so my last attempt I called back explain myself in full to the receptionist who was the most pleasant person I've dealt with so far and she was wonderful very thorough very accommodating unfortunately the individual she transfer me to by the name of Ray was probably it just as bad or worse as the first two continuously telling me yes I'm listening Yes I'm listening rushing me through my explanation like he was doing something more important at the time everyone I've dealt with has been evasive rude unprofessional and I'm sure they just cover for each other and nothing will ever come of this and that's fine if that's how these people want to do business. On the website for Mark Miller Subaru it clearly states they accept crypto actually when you go to Google and type in what dealerships not in Utah but anywhere you just say what dealerships accept crypto they're the first ones that come up something that most or any established business would sacrifice just about anything for and these people have it and they don't want it obviously. So in my opinion my recommendation if you're looking for a place that treats you right this is not the place I called with cash I was probably going to spend upwards of $100,000 if they had treated me with respect or made me feel like they appreciated my business and even the slightest way. I don't know about everyone but I don't enjoy being rushed after I've been disrespected and hung up on and made to feel stupid for even wasting my time calling this place they call a business. This small interaction with this big company does not by any means represent every individual that works for them and I understand that but I have to as a consumer and as a business owner be accurate and forthcoming with information like this so they may correct it hopefully in the future because this was by far hands down the worst experience I've ever had with any auto dealership ever in my entire life and I have to tell you that's saying something because I've dealt with hundreds of them for the last 35 years. More
