Over two weeks ago I was in an accident where I rolled my car. I was very blessed that I was not seriously hurt. The car was totaled, but when I went back to get my things from it I was amazed at how well the car had held up. I knew right away that I wanted another Subaru. I had a good experience with Nate so went back to him. He handled everything very well and arranged to have the car I selected brought up from St. George. I am very short and use pedal extenders. I was able to get them from my old car and brought them to Nate. He arranged to have them put on my new car, and then drove it to me in Midway, where I live. I feel that he went above and boyond and would highly recommend him and the dealership to anyone. Kaye Bonner More
I hate car shopping with a passion, something about car salesman just send shivers up my spine. This is exactly the opposite of what happens at the Mark Miller dealerships (I should know, my last 2 cars where at MMiller Toyota). I went for a new 2011 Subaru WRX, discussed the pros and cons of the WRX vs the STI, at this time I had a lot of information from some coworkers who owned both, so I knew what to look for. I was pretty amazed that the sales manager (Matt Hendry) brought up these things all on his own without me saying a word. I got the WRX ordered at a very good price, they are willing to negotiate and are more than fair. The car took a while and I became impatient thinking about the STI at a higer cost, I then saw one online at the Midtowne store. 1 Phone call and a decision later and the car was on its way to the southtowne store where it was to get clearbra and tint done the next day. I was kept up to date on the status of the car and the paperwork was EFFORTLESS!! Everything is digital and just flies by, not like the dealerships that still rely on all paperwork. Matt still stays in touch and the dealership is a comfortable place to visit, almost like a friends house. I'm very happy with my purchase and even more so with the people and operation that fall under Mr. Mark Miller. -Sheldon More

The experience my wife and I had was significantly better than I've seen at other dealers; the staff we worked with were extremely knowledgeable and did not exhibit any pressure to 'up-sell' us in any way. We were given very direct, clear information on what all of our options were both with vehicles and with financing and had the leeway to make any decisions we wanted to without interference. I generally prefer to do a significant amount of research online before making major purchases and this sales model was tailored perfectly to my needs. I had a very clear picture of what I wanted going onto the lot and both Matt and Brad helped us really simplify our vehicle purchase as a result. I would strongly recommend working with them if looking at a new or used Subaru, they were very easy to work with on both fronts. More
