I actually went into Mark Miller South Towne just to browse new Subaru models. I had owned previous Subarus, but was considering all looking at Nissans which some other members of my family owned. I had bought previous Subarus as another dealership, however this new location was closer to my house and decided to stop in. When I walked in I had no desire to listen to someone try and sell me something I wasn't sure I wanted. Jordan came up and asked if I had any questions and after I politely told him I was just looking; he walked over introduced himself, pointed where his desk was and walked away. Soon after browsing I had a question so I walked over to ask Jordan. I had a few questions about some changes in the models. Soon the conversation was more like talking to a friend about our past Subarus we had owned, rather than a salesman. Over the period of two days I test drove a number of them and I was surprised by not only the information they new about the new models, but also past models. I was able to describe what features I did and didn't like about past models. Also during the test drive process they were able to point features out that I didn't know about. Probably one of the best things was that while driving Jordan was asking me questions not only about what features I like, but didn't like. After a while I also found myself talking and joking about things that had nothing to do with cars. Jordan and Pete were able to help me select the car I wanted, which only took about an hour to do. They checked their stock, other dealers, and also incoming inventory to find the best fit for me. I was also impressed that they were able to interact with my girlfriend and involved her in the process. A little bored with the process they brought her a bottle of water and asked if she had any questions. Through the process I found myself in a very comfortable atmosphere. I left the dealership while all the financial stuff was being cleared and was called within 45 minutes and Pete asked "So when would you like to pick up your new car?" It was so fast I had to finish running errands first. Later that night I pulled up and my new car was sitting out front freshly washed and ready to go. After I signed all the paperwork for my new Forester Jordan walked me around the entire dealership and service center introducing me to the entire staff. The following day, after my purchase, he called me up to make sure everything was running smooth with my new car and to inform me that the additional parts were ordered and he would call me when they were in. I was very happy with the experience I had and can guarantee I will be returning to them in the future. More
I hate buying cars. Most of you would agree the experience is usually less than pleasant. Dealing with Matt and Brad at Southtowne Subaru was actually a pleasure. They were honest, responsive and experience is usually less than pleasant. Dealing with Matt and Brad at Southtowne Subaru was actually a pleasure. They were honest, responsive and I ended up with a fair deal, getting the 2011 Forester with the features I actually wanted. They didn't try and sell me a car just because it was in stock but waited for the vehicle I wanted to arrive (just days later) in order to satisfy my needs. Most of the leg work was done over the internet and the process was fast and painless after visiting their showroom. I highly recommend Mark Miller Subaru and specifically Matt and Brad for your next vehicle purchase. Oh and by the way, I love the Forester. More
We have been shopping for a new Subaru for about 6 months, we visited with Kyle at Mark Miller early in the Spring and told him we were not ready to buy right then, but we were seriously looking at th months, we visited with Kyle at Mark Miller early in the Spring and told him we were not ready to buy right then, but we were seriously looking at the new 2010 look. He was very patient with us, no pressure, and very professional. We were able to look at all the cars we wanted, drive the ones we wanted, and walk away feeling no guilt or pressure. When we were ready to buy we did not hesitate to go back to Mark Miller and look Kyle up. Again, he was so easy and comfortable to deal with. We love the new Carmel Bronze color and fell in love with a 2011 Outback, which we drove off the lot within 1 1/2 to 2 hours from the time we arrived at the dealer. In our experience, that is record time, and very much appreciated! We so appreciate the Mark Miller experience we had, the no high-pressure sales pitches, the efficient professional staff all the way around. We would not hesitate to recommend Kyle and Mark Miller to all our friends and family, in fact we already have! More
Hands down the best car buying experience I have ever had. Usually car dealerships are all about the price hassle and slipping in extra costs.
