It was a pleasure working with Vicky on getting the car that I wanted at the price that I gave her. She was quick to respond to any questions I had and got me the information I needed fast. You can't really ask for more form the Marquis Auto experience. WIth a very busy work and personal schedule, Vicky got me on the phone when I needed to be on the phone and essentially took car of the rest. Got me the most competitive rate for my vehicle and made the process enjoyable vs the pulling teeth of going to a dealership. If you are wondering if this is the place to go,you can stop wondering. The service will speak for itself.

My wife wanted a new Lexus.

I was on my way out of McDonalds.

I walked in to the Marquis Auto - Brooklyn office to check it out.

Honestly... I didnt expect much as I already done my homework.

I already knew the MSRP, money factor, residual value, and all costs and fees associated with purchasing the vehicle.

Eli Hazan greeted me and I was imediately inpressed with his approach.

Spelled out all the numbers clearly in an Excel program the he personally created.

Bottom line... Eli was fabulous. Got a new Lexus 460 SUV from Marquis.

He gave me the best deal right off the bat.

AND

My old one truck was 4000 miles over... and he saved me the fees, as he found equity in the vehicle, and arranged to buy the car from Lexus. No other dealer even suggested this.
