My Review Of Martin Auto Group :

Because of service rep Reggie Shelton our family continues to bring in all our cars for service. He always always goes over and beyond to help, he always expedites the return of our cars if it is possible for him to do so, he is always fair and will never recommend service if it is not needed unlike other places. He always within the hour or so returns our phone calls and never ever leaves us hanging. When we have questions he takes alot of time to carefully explain everything so we understand the situation. if he was not there we'd not go as other locatuons are priced alittle less but becuase of our trust in him and his kindess we always return . We feel safe knowing our cars are over seen by Reggie. We hope the expansion does not happen as we fear if the service reps, especially Reggie go out of the immediate area we'd have a hard time getting to the location because of the traffic in the area that is already bad. We also hope prices go down some in the future, but if not as long as Reggie is there for us we will continue to go there. Ask for reggie when you need help and you'll be in good hands! (ps we are not wrtiing this because we are related to Reggie we are just appreciative of the things hes done for us in the past!!!)

My Review Of Martin Auto Group :

I normally do not take the time to write reviews. However, I am genuinely impressed with the service and professionalism at Martin Cadillac. Our salesman, Greg, was not only knowledgeable and helpful, but also patient after a long day at work. My wife and I came into the dealership late one evening and the staff stayed well after closing to complete our transaction. Our finance consultant, Vivian, is an absolute treasure. What a valuable asset to the company. Vivian was always professional and has a finesse that is rare to find in a business like this. I have purchased over 10 vehicles and have never experienced a more smooth transaction. Even when we couldn't decide on the amount of mileage to purchase (on our leased vehicle), Vivian gave us several different options and helped us make an educated, intelligent decision. If I ever need another vehicle, or if anyone I know ever needs one, Vivian will be the first call...regardless of what make of vehicle I am purchasing. Thank you for a great experience! My Review Of Martin Auto Group :

I’m not one to write reviews because my attitude is when you pay good money your service provider is obligated to provide good service. We all know however spending good money to receive good service doesn’t always happen. I’m one of the lucky customers because at Martin Cadillac I have Mr. Reggie Shelton as my service advisor. I have what one might call an advanced working understanding of auto mechanics having in my younger years worked in an auto parts store, so when hearing Mr. Shelton’s advice and explanation of my service needs I know I am getting the advice of a consummate professional.

Humorous side note: Mr. Shelton has the fastest typing fingers I have ever seen. I jokingly tell Reggie, he’ll overheat the computer’s circuitry trying to keep up with the speed he types.

Back on the serious note: I’m from an era when customers could watch their car as its being repaired. Today you often see at auto repair shops signs reading “no customers beyond this point.” Mr. Shelton must be old school because not only has he introduced me to the mechanic for direct analysis, Mr. Shelton on several occasions has escorted me to the repair bay so I could personally see the repair needs he described. Even though my repairs are under warranty this level of customer service is first class. Did I mention on occasions when I had to leave one of my cars, Mr. Shelton always called before the end of the business day with a status report. I can’t tell you how comforting this is. My cars are a part of me. If my vote counts, I vote Mr. Shelton receive the next customer service reward. That’s my honest assessment and I’m sticking to it.

Not to be remiss, I’d like to highlight two exceptional Martin Cadillac employees distinctive in their own right who should not be overlooked.
Jerome in security, often the first person you encounter for Martin service always provides a hearty greeting and immediately links you with the person to address your needs. Andreas, always impeccably dressed well represented as Martin Cadillac’s emissary.

My Review Of Martin Auto Group :

My experience at Martin Cadillac was absolutely fantastic! I was a little skeptical about going down there, I was expecting the usual games unfortunately I have experienced at other dealerships. I had been corresponding with Simon about a pre owned CTS V coupe. Upon arriving I met Simon and he showed me the car which looked stunning. I was trading in my current vehicle so they examined my vehicle while I looked at the CTS V. Simon was very knowledgeable about the vehicle and was able to answer all of my questions. He was very professional and respectful at all times, I never felt like I was being pushed or pulled at anytime. When we sat down to talk about what could be done to make something happen I had the fortune to meet Vivian Naeish who is the finance manager at Martin Cadillac. I was really impressed with how she talked with me like a person, not a customer, not a number. Vivian was really positive about the making the right deal to make it work. I agreed to take the car for a test drive, when I came back I informed them I really like the car, lets make it happen. Vivian is incredible when it comes to making an amazing deal a reality! While talking about the details of the deal and signing the neccesary papers we actually had a good conversation about just everyday life in general. She is definitely one smart lady! I was very impressed with my experience at Martin Cadillac and how I was treated. Vivian and Simon are rock stars!

My Review Of Martin Auto Group :

My first contact with Martin cadillac was with a very welcoming and gracious call answered by receptionist Cynthia Contreras . That was followed by my gratifying negotiations with Chris Lewis, Steve Mitchell , and Vivian Naeish who all bent over backwards to make sure I got the car I wanted in a very friendly atmosphere . Previous to purchasing my new XTS , I had my trade in STS serviced with Marlene Bobrowsky , who took great care of me . In all , it was a very satisfying and pleasant experience and look forward to seeing them again. I highly recommend this dealership . They have class !

My experience was stress-free, fast and helpful, including getting me to and from work on time while my vehicle was being repaired. Great experience! Everyone was so nice and polite and got me in and out as quick as possible with no games and no hidden fees. Dave was very nice and honest and made me feel so comfortable. He went over every detail of the car and took his time to explain things I didn't understand. He went over all the numbers in detail and showed me different lease options so I could decide which was best for me. After I made my decision the salesmanger came out and thanked me for my business and assured he would make the transaction as fast as possible. I sat at Dave's desk for a little while and we chatted for a bit and than before I knew if i was in the finance office. The finance manager was extremely nice and made signing all those papers a great experience. I love my new car and will coming back to martin once my lease is up!

Excellent customer service by Jeff Parr. Extremely friendly and understanding with high level of professionalism. He was very percise and to the point. He did not pressure us into buying something that we did not want. He was very patient and cooperative. Even though the same price was matched by Pasadena Cadilac, we drove out of our way to purchase from Jeff because of his professionalism and courtesy.

Additinally, Vivian Nueish who worked with us to complete the paperwork was friendly and fun and easy to work with. She was great!
