Marty's Chevrolet responded

We are very sorry that your visit to Marty's was not satisfactory. As a first time customer, we hoped to be able to serve you exceptionally well. Unfortunately, because it was a first time visit, with an older, high mileage vehicle that had an engine concern we were in the unfortunate position to have to break bad news to you regarding the repairs neccessary and the expense required. We all hoped that the vehicle would require only one repair, we explained the possibility of additional repairs once the initial fault was corrected. Regretably, that was the case. We would be willing to review this with anyone who would like to gain a better understanding of this situation, and we are confident that such a review would demonstrate that this custtomer review is the result of unfortunate circumstances with regard to the condition of their vehicle rather than lack of responsibility or client loyalty.
