I am never buying a car from Cadillac again I have a 2018 Escalade ESV, which was bought brand new. I have had a multitude of issues so far. The brake and gas pedals move by themselves (after at I have a 2018 Escalade ESV, which was bought brand new. I have had a multitude of issues so far. The brake and gas pedals move by themselves (after at least two complaints they have finally replaced a switch), the air conditioner would blow the wrong temperature air for the setting it was on (this problem is still not resolved although I’ve complained numerous times and the front AC is terrible), the outside passenger side door locks wouldn’t work (this was a one time problem), the seat heater broke ( it was “fixed” and now takes 20 mins to barely warm up), the volume controls on the steering wheel and main console freeze occasionally and refuse to work sometimes for hours(this issue is still not resolved and continues to occur), the car brakes horribly (I was told the brakes are normal), the warning sound that lets you know you’re too close to something would not stop blaring at me today for about two minutes even through the car was in park, and only one of the USB charging ports would work last week (this was a one time problem). That’s all I can remember right now. While everyone I have encountered at the service department is polite and friendly, I did not expect to have as many issues as I currently do with such an expensive car. I am incredibly disappointed. More

Review I had appt for oil change and to get a part replaced. They did not have the part to replace in stock when I said I needed it at the time I set the app I had appt for oil change and to get a part replaced. Beware of Troy in Service! Took my SRX over weekend to fix electric in dash and returned a car with +2k miles! No call from ANY manager and was told “Troy fudged the numbers”! Disappointed With My American Luxury Vehicle So, my wife brought car in for service and 2nd visit for molding sticking up over windshield in front of roof rail. Their idea was to use some adhesiv So, my wife brought car in for service and 2nd visit for molding sticking up over windshield in front of roof rail. Their idea was to use some adhesive to hold down with 7 or 8 pieces of masking tape and told my wife to gently remove masking tape to allow the molding not to come apart again. This sounds like they want us to confirm their work order and go home with masking tape on my Caddy luxury Premium. This would’ve all been squared away if they had just kept the vehicle over night. Just Disapointing. More
