NO CUSTOMER SERVICE HERE. GO TO ANOTHER DEALERSHIP. I have bought many cars and I can truly say that this dealership has cornered the market on HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE. My story: Went to look at a J I have bought many cars and I can truly say that this dealership has cornered the market on HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE. My story: Went to look at a Jeep Cherokee and really liked a White Cherokee Limited. My salesmans name was Jeff Davis. Nice guy but really didnt know much about the product or pay attention to my requests. We agreed on a car and I asked what the rebate was. I was told $1000,00. He had asked me what I wanted to put down and I said nothing but would do a $1000 if he gave me 30 days. He said no problem. Went into finance and learned that the rebate was $500.00, he never told them about the 30 days to hold down and on top of this he had charged me full invoice for the car. Something that should have been negotiated. SNEEKY. Anyway they ended up taking $500 off the top and gave me till end of month, 6 days, for $1000. To top it off they are one of the only dealerships I know of that will only give you $30 in gas when you buy a new truck. That's right thanks for my half of tank of gas. Called spoke to a manager who said O'WELL. We got our money you got the car. Live with it. STAY AWAY FROM MASSEY-YARDLEY. THERE ARE PLENTY OF DEALERSHIPS THAT CARE ABOUT CUSTOMER SERVICE. NOT THEM More
I just bought a brand new 2014 Dodge Dart from Massey Yardley, well lets say "like new", cause I found the car had rust spots on it. I took it back to Massey was told they needed to clay it! So, I have i Yardley, well lets say "like new", cause I found the car had rust spots on it. I took it back to Massey was told they needed to clay it! So, I have it clay barred and the car is in worst condition now cause of all the scratches over the entire body of the car. So they tell me I need to have it polish buffed so I bring my car back and let them do it.... Well I now have all these fine scratches + swirl marks and the car's paint looks awful in direct sunlight!! The car is less than 6 weeks old, I deserve a new car!! That is what I paid for!!! I now have contacted Dodge corporate and have a case opened with their special handling team. More
I had a great buying experience at Massey Yardley when I bought my Compass. They had a very nice selection of cars to choose from and were very knowledgable of the product. John Falco was very very knowledgeable about the Chrysler 300 C. Unlike a previous dealership I leased my last 300 from, John knew the answers to all my questions regarding the 300. Texting me often because my work commitments did not allow for much phone time. He would contact me back as soon as I called or texted him, no matter the time of day or night, or if he was on duty or off. I had such a great experience because of him, I will recommend that anyone go to Massey Yardley and be sure to ask for John Falco. A+ rating in my book. More
I brought my car in on a Friday to have the transmission serviced. They kept my car for 2 weeks, did not offer a loaner and did not tell me that the service would take so long. The day of the suppossed sc serviced. They kept my car for 2 weeks, did not offer a loaner and did not tell me that the service would take so long. The day of the suppossed scheduled pick up the service coordinator kept hanging up on me very abruptly and never answered any of my questions. She very rudely stated she would call me back. I waited over 2 hours and called again. She quickly told me that my car would be done by the end of the day and that she could not give me a time frame. She would call me...I tried to explain to her that I was waiting at my business with no means of transportation and I had to coordinate rides. She said I will call you and hung up. Customer service goes a long way and I will never be using this dealership. I have no idea what was even wrong with my car because she won't stay on the phone long enough to answer one question. Rude! Never Never Never again will I be getting my vehicle serviced at this location! More
When I bought my new 2012 Dodge Ram 1500 Express the salesman wasn't pushy, and I like that. I took it in to have a bedliner and a trailer hitch installed and everything went smooth. I called yesterday so I could make an appointment to have the alarm installed and spoke to Matt. I will be taking it in next week and he says I could have a loaner or wait, should be about 1 1/2 hrs to completed. This dealership is one of the best I have ever worked with. If you want a new or used car you couldn't do better than Massey-Yardley in Plantation, but that's my opinion. Great Service!! More
We were traveling through the area and needed work on our 2008 Town and Country (car would not start). We were told we needed a lot of work and that our car was not safe to drive. We tried to get it rectified but they would do nothing. They knew we wouldn't be back and took advantage of us. More
