Terrible Place to do Business! Stay AWAY Nissan was once ADMIRAL. We bought 2 vehicles at Admiral and went back for our 3rd. WHAT A MISTAKE that was. This new management is horrible, disrespectful, shady and has very poor business ethics. We were bullied received many threatening phone calls. Need to return new car or we NISSAN will report it stolen to police. Our situation WAS POORLY HANDLED and NO MANAGEMENT was there to discuss it with upon returning the car. They threatened to call the cops on us so many times we had the police with us at the dealership. MY ADVICE STAY AWAY GO TO ANOTHER DEALER SHIP . More

LADIES BE AWARE! !!! Literally ,I just came (22 June, 15:45pm) form this Dealership, drove couple of the cars and when I asked for numbers my salesman called the mana !!! Literally ,I just came (22 June, 15:45pm) form this Dealership, drove couple of the cars and when I asked for numbers my salesman called the manager John (the big guy in pink shirt, sorry don't know his last name). So, John said that without my husband they can't tell me the numbers because I won't make a deal today. When I insisted him to give me at least a range of the price I will pay, he said "bring your husband he will understand what I'm talking about"!!!!!! He made it obvious that because I'm a lady they're not gonna talk to me. Listen, I'm not even talking about the deal, I asked for my options, I wanted to see the numbers and decide what to do next. So, do you think after this customer service I will want to make a deal?) I feel like this manager has forgot that it's 21st century and women have rights too and we can do some business without husbands. It's a shame, because I have my Rouge 2016 from this dealership and it seems like they don't appreciate their own customers who wants to stay with them and buy the other Nissan. P.S. In the waiting area I met a girl who said that she was treated the same way I was. So, ladies be aware! More
key programming/oil change I went in there to get a spare keys for my Nissan frontier. The service reception said it will take to program it and make a new keys no longer then I went in there to get a spare keys for my Nissan frontier. The service reception said it will take to program it and make a new keys no longer then one hour. Also ask them to do oil change. After I was waiting for 3 and a half hours they approached me by telling that they have a problem and a car is in a lock mode and they can not start it . I explained them that I'm using my truck for construction work and I need it for next day. .Nothing changed , After I waited another hour (total 4.5 hours) they told me come back tomorrow, promised a discounted price. I came back a next day.. they gave me invoice with no discounts and asked me to pay in full. And I did .. Because I was already really tired fighting with them . My Advice: DO Not go there, They don know what they are doing. Also after the great service experience that I had,now car has grease on front seat and mats. Great Job Nissan, well done :) More
