With CONSTRUCTION, DROPPING MY CAR OFF WAS A NIGHTMARE. finally AFTER EXPRESSNG MY ANGER a GENTLEMAN NAMED Dale acme over and told me to park on side of bldg-and there were no spots. Comment on anti-theft software installation. I worked with Eric recently when my engine was on its way out and started a weird knocking noise. Eric was wonderful in walking me through all of the steps they would take if I had a warranty that covered t out and started a weird knocking noise. I purchased an extended warranty when I bought my Tucson 9 years ago and it covered the full replacement of my engine. Eric gave me a brand new Hyundai Tucson loaner for the 2.5 weeks my vehicle was in the repair shop. I almost bought the new Tucson, but decided to keep mine since it's paid off and now it has a brand new engine. These service guys have always been above board with me the past 16 years. This is my second Hyundai Tucson and I usually bring my SUV to the dealership for maintenance on a regular basis. Thanks Eric! I appreciate the fact that you kept in touch with me while my car was in for engine replacement. More
