Matthews Hyundai gave me a very rare and unique experience of immense satisfaction, and as someone who worked as a Car Salesman in the past, that says a LOT. We went to six Dealerships to find our experience of immense satisfaction, and as someone who worked as a Car Salesman in the past, that says a LOT. We went to six Dealerships to find our new dream Car, and though a few of them were quite good, Matthews Hyundai stood our far above any other, and we were made to feel like family there, in the 'Cheers' sense of 'where everybody knows your name, and their always glad you came'. This wonderful young lady named Kasey gets the initial credit, as she took my initial inquiry online and addressed it in a manner above and beyond anything I'd ever seen, and flooded my imagination with choices, all accustomed to my liking. Once in the Dealership itself, Eric was my personal Salesman, and he was phenomenal...never pushy or manipulative; always empathic and understanding, and had an excellent sense of what I really and truly wanted. Even Sales Manager Michael Capadona went out of his way to do a kindness, at a time our paths hadn't ever crossed yet. I ultimately ended up with my dream car...yet this car is way beyond what I'd yearned or dreamed for! I can say, with ease, it's the best car I have ever had, and it's due to the most impressive, resplendent collective of wonderfully passionate people I've ever encountered through my lifetime of buying Cars. Matthews Hyundai of Schenectady, or what I call my new extended family, gets 11 stars out of 5! More
