I took my car in for it's NYS inspection. I had set up an appointment ahead of time. They took my car right in at the scheduled time, sent me a text to let me know how to get hold of them if I had set up an appointment ahead of time. They took my car right in at the scheduled time, sent me a text to let me know how to get hold of them if I had any questions. The inspection was done promptly and when they came to get me they led me directly to my car so I did not have to search for it in the lot. More

Answered any questions I had, got back to me very quickly and kept me informed in a very timely manner. I’m lucky to have those 2 guys on my Kia team. I wouldn’t want to work w anybody else. I’ve been to different dealerships and worked with other ppl. Still, even though Kia-Vestal is 40+ miles away from where I live, and I do have closer dealerships, I’d still drive the distance to go to Vestal. Once you find good ppl like Gil & Taylor, you keep going back! More
