Loyal KIA brand customer since 2004. I have owned over 9 KIA vehicles. My 2023 Sportage is pampered like a baby and serviced religiously at Matthew's. (Also have been loyal at this deale I have owned over 9 KIA vehicles. My 2023 Sportage is pampered like a baby and serviced religiously at Matthew's. (Also have been loyal at this dealership for over 13 years purchases and service...Matthew's, Planet, Electric city, etc., etc.,...) My drivers seat is failing in several sections and KIA nor the dealership is willing to stand by their product.
