I came to the dealership to look at a Saturn Vue that I had seen online. I already had arranged financing and was just looking to see if the vehicle fit my needs. The staff did not pressure me, allowing me to test drive the vehicle. When Dave, the store manager, told me he could get me a better deal than I had, I thought he was just being a typical salesman. He asked for just five minutes to beat it and true to his word, he did just that. Not only did he get me a better rate, I was able to save even more on the price of the car. I recommend Matthews Motors and will be going back for my next car purchase.

Hello. My husband I have been searching for quite a while for the perfect vehicle for our family. Let me tell you we have been to many car dealers and have looked over and over on the web and this can to be extremely exhausting and frustrating. Especially frustrating in finding a large 3rd row SUV for a family of 5 that allows room for you to actually feel comfortable and on a tight budget as well with this economy. We decided to give it one more try in finding the perfect fit. We had decided together about calling Matthews Motors of Goldsboro, NC after constantly viewing this one vehicle. My husband and I are the proud new owners of a 2007 GMC Yukon XL that is fully loaded and that was at a very good price that fit our budget as well. We called on a Friday afternoon, the salesman did his calling about this and that, the salesman drove it to our house, my husband thoroughly looked it over, took it for a test drive, signed paperwork, and then the next thing heard was, "Honey we got the SUV." And all of this was done in one day. I haven't been able to wipe the smile off of my face all weekend. We have been thoroughly happy thus far with Matthews Motors of Goldsboro and would strongly suggest them for top choice of a quality vehicle and great customer service.

Awesome experience. They gave me more for my trade in and had as good, if not better prices than anybody else. They are big supporters of the Military, and I would recommend them over anybody.

Mathews Motors in Goldsboro had the car I wanted but was a long ways away so I called them to get a first impression to see if it was worth my time and effort to make the long drive. I talked to Ashley on the phone and thought she was friendly and professional so I got in my car and drove down there. Ashley bent over backwards to help me with my test drive and trade evaluation. Tim closed the deal my getting me the best deal he could. This was the best car buying experience I have ever had and would recommend Mathew Motors to everyone.

I had a very good experience at Matthew Motors last weekend. John met me soon after I got out of my car and started looking around to see what was on the lot. When he spoke to me, he said my name. I was wondering at first how do he know my name, then realized that my name was on my license plate. He was warm and friendly. Later that day, I met Tim. He was funny which made my long wait not too bad. I met Ashley the next day back to the lot and she, too, was friendly. I thank all of you guys for what you did for me. The only negative thing that I didn't like too good was the extra money needed for my down payment. Otherwise, everything was great. I had talked with someone else at another car lot for almost 5 or 6 days, but I didn't get anywhere. I went to Matthew Motors mainly to look to see what was there and ended up driving away in the car I wanted the next day.

I was great pleased with Matthew Motors because they gave me excellent customer service . Ashely was great in making sure I was taken care of and making sure I had a car to drive when mine was being serviced. Tim was great in making sure the price was within the price range I desired and John made sure all needed repairs was taken of. Hats off to Matthew Motors for their great service.
