Overall I’ve had good experiences when getting my car serviced. The wait time for the oil change wasn’t to bad but waiting for the car to get washed when it’s done takes too long, it was longer then the serviced. While waiting received text indicating it was recommended that I get additional maintenance done totaling $700. One of them being replacing brake fluid which is recommended at 30,000 miles not 14,000. This i that I get additional maintenance done totaling $700. Car goes in for oil change no check engie light on then miraculously service said it went on while in the shop i dont trust this dealership this is the second time first visit they tried to tell me that my miraculously service said it went on while in the shop i dont trust this dealership this is the second time first visit they tried to tell me that my filters and belt were needing replacement when I just replaced both the engine and cabin filters weeks prior as well as belt weeks prior what a joke. They are trying to squeeze their customers for service fees so i will just drive farther and get it serviced at another nissan dealer. More
