The 3% fee on credit card payments is ridiculous. All businesses incur the same fee and do not pass it along to the their customers. You’re a small shop not able to compete against your larger competitors so you have to win on gold standard customer service. Passing these fees is a bad look. -was promised to have my 2020 pathfinder appraised while waiting for CVT fluid change but no one approached me - A/C was not working in waiting room. - very disappointed with my experience.
