The new mazda cx50 cx70 cx90 is lemon and you will spend all your money fixing major issues after 4 months of driving it. They charge me diagnostic fee of two hours near 400$ and still cant find the issue. Then found the problem with my vehicle only to tell me , my car isn't fix . Then charge another diagnostic fee to find the real issue with my car and still charge me both things they fix when I only came in with one issue. So what's the point of diagnostic fee ladies and gents? More
Service department is slow and does not respect your time. I had an appointment for an oil change on Monday and sat for two hours waiting for my car. When asked (after an hour) how much longer they lied time. I had an appointment for an oil change on Monday and sat for two hours waiting for my car. When asked (after an hour) how much longer they lied to me and said my car was in being serviced only to find my car still sitting in the lot. Got home only to notice that there were greasy fingerprints on either side window on the material around the window. Called up and got appointment for them to clean it this Friday. They told me it would take 30-60 minutes. An hour and a half later I’m still waiting on my car. My appointment was at 1 and the car wasn’t even looked at until 1:20. This was on their mechanics and they have no respect for my time. I’m done with this dealer. Will go to another in the area. More

MY salesman, Mr. Joe Caggiano, who came in on his day off no less, was a gentleman, a cut above, and couldn't help make the signing of paperwork any easier. He was there to answer any questions my husband and I had and spent quite a bit of time walking us through the vehicle and it's operation before we left! It was a NO PRESSURE sale, and definitely one of our better buying experiences. More
