My Review of Mazda City Of Orange Park:
I am a college student and I went to Mazda City of Orange Park to purchase my very first car. I can not begin to tell you how helpful the staff at Mazda City were, especially Al and Dianna. I didn't have any credit and my mom's credit was not good.
Unlike any other dealership in Jacksonville, they did not give up on us. They worked with us and our situation until we were able to purchase a vehicle that I loved. I know I was not Mazda's easiest customer to get a vehicle but throughout the process Al and Dianna never made me feel like a burben but instead they created an atmosphere of ease for me.

Mazda City offered more than just a deal for me and my mom but instead they offered us the opportunity to be doing business with a dealership that genuinely cares. I have recommended all of my college friends that are looking to purchase a vehicle to visit Mazda City because they genuinely care.

My Review of Mazda City Of Orange Park:
I just bought my third Mazda , two of them I purchased from al Wilson. I came in to trade in my Mercedes and wanted to buy one of the new 2013 mazda CX-5 ground touring model. As always, I was treated with respect, they offered me a fantastic trade in offer on my Mercedes and quickly calculated all the figures to allow me to make an informed decision. As always, I had a fantastic sales experience and Al always takes care of us and makes the tedious paperwork signing fun.

Bottom line, I love my new sporty CX -5. It has much more zip and pick up than my expensive Mercedes. The car is not only sporty, gets great gas mileage , and has more features and easier to use than the Benz. I couldn't be a happier customer! What I love about Al is his honesty and truly understanding your needs when selling you a car. He cares about you and your family.

I would highly recommend Al and this dealership to all of my friends and family!

My Review of Mazda City Of Orange Park:
My husband mad a visit to the dealer in search of a small car. We were already interested... but just looking. Gino and David made this a great experience. Their service and friendliness was wonderful. My husband wanted the car.. but came home to get me so we could go back and test drive. There was others also interested in the car... but once we drove it... we wanted it immediately. David and Gino were also in love with this car and were excited to see that we would take care of their 'baby' once we bought it. This was the easiest car we've ever bought.. and everyone that was on site was extremely nice to us. It was raining when we left and the owner actually walked me to my car with an umbrella. Now... hopefully the ongoing service will be the same experience.

Great place to do business! Beat every other Mazda dealers price in town. Easy process, Worked prices over the internet with David and Gino. They had our new Mazda2 ready when we arrived. The General Manager, Rico even came out to thank us for purchasing. Will return for sure!

My Review of Mazda City Of Orange Park:
The people listed above were more than helpful and very easy to work with. They were able to give us a bottom line price without any hassle. The whole process took about 2 hours (test drive to signing), and would have been much shorter had my wife and I decided not to seek out a better fincance rate (which we were able to find through Mazda City) or "chat" about life with the employees. Everyone was highly professional and friendly. I would most definitely return to this dealership for another vehicle purchase.
