I came just to look, not really negotiate and felt pressured. One of my biggest weaknesses is just that and it was taken advantage of. I just wanted to say thank you for the great job your team did. I've owned a good number of cars but this was the first time I purchased one from a dealer, and brand new at that. I always hated the fact team did. I've owned a good number of cars but this was the first time I purchased one from a dealer, and brand new at that. I always hated the fact that every dealership I went to I was bombarded by salesmen when I was just there to look around and if I was interested in a car they would go back and forth playing the numbers game. I LOVED the fact that I could walk up and look at the cars without being swarmed by a team of salesmen. Robert Works came out and gave me some info about the car, I told him I was still deciding between the MazdaSpeed and a Subaru so I wasn't ready to purchase yet and without hesitation he said "I'll go grab the keys and we can take this for a test drive." I knew when I got back to the dealership that it was the car for me. I gave Robert a number that I wanted to be out the door at (and told him I knew it wasn't possible) but he said he would see what he could do. When he came back with $800 over my price I was absolutely shocked... Not only that but he didn't try to play any games, he gave me the out the door price straight up. I must say it was the most pleasant experience I have ever had buying a car and anyone I know looking for a Mazda will sure get an earful from me on how great your team is. I would also like to personally thank Robert, he was extremely helpful and professional. Robert is the perfect example of how all car salesmen should be!
