She got my attention immediately by listening and keying in on my requests. I originally wanted a CX-3 but after speaking with her I was convinced I wanted a CX-5. When I called the next day Carmen was out and Sarah Day picked right up after Carmen. Sarah and I identified the right car and it was held for me to purchase with a substantial deposit. She met me when I arrived at the store and my car was parked in the showroom floor. David Walton, guaranteed me a solid price and I was beyond pleased. Finally David Mendenhall’s positive attitude ensured my investment was covered for the long haul. He thoroughly explaining Mazda’s extended warranty options, finance options, and finalizing all the required paperwork. To top all off this off I arrived in my rental and they gladly took care of returning it. I even left my garage door opener in the rental and they were kind enough after what they had already done to mail it to me. Total time at the dealership was less than 3 hours.
