Helpful, friendly, and more than fair Buying a car is never a "walk in, walk out" ordeal, but my experience at Mazda of Gladstone was a relatively easy experience. My boyfriend and I had v Buying a car is never a "walk in, walk out" ordeal, but my experience at Mazda of Gladstone was a relatively easy experience. My boyfriend and I had visited several other dealers looking for a reliable hatchback in our price range, and decided upon a 2016 Mazda 3 with a manual. We had been pre approved through Chase for a loan for a car, but the dealership did not have the car we wanted in stock. They found one at another dealership who refused to sell it to them, but then located one at the port that had recently been unloaded from the ship. Though we didn't get to drive our new car home that day(they had to transport it) they did everything else. Our sales rep(Alex) was very helpful and helped us negotiate a price to stay within our budget and our loan limit, and worked everything out. We traded in two financed vehicles, a car and a newer motorcycle (which they were more than happy to take in for trade!) They gave us a loaner car until we get our actual car within a few days. Very pleased with my experience. I also recommend Toyota of Gladstone, as they are owned by the same person, and I had a good experience while car shopping there. More

Used CX-5 purchase I had been looking for a used CX-5 online and spotted the one they had. It looked perfect but was a higher trim level than I had been wanting. But t I had been looking for a used CX-5 online and spotted the one they had. It looked perfect but was a higher trim level than I had been wanting. But the mileage was low so I emailed the dealer. Lynn contacted me back right away. I told her I wasn't available by phone so she emailed me several pictures and even a video of the interior and exterior which was really helpful. We made an appointment for the following day. She told us she would not be in but put us in touch with her partner Bob. He met us when we arrived and took us on a fabulous test drive through some gorgeous countryside that allowed us to really put the vehicle to the test. Lynn followed up with us by phone when she got back in the office a few days later to make sure it all went smoothly. All in all, a great experience. More
