Scott B. has been fighting on my behalf with my warranty company for two weeks to do what was right to pay for the engine repairs. He could have apologized that they declined it and asked what I wanted to do about the problem, but instead he showed true integrity and fought a long, drawn out battle for me to get what I had paid for in the warranty. He never showed frustration to me but kept me in the loop throughout the process. Good customer Service We purchased a Used Vehicle from McCarthy for a very fair price. Unfortunately, the vehicle began to have a vibration on our drive home that had not We purchased a Used Vehicle from McCarthy for a very fair price. Unfortunately, the vehicle began to have a vibration on our drive home that had not shown up during the test drive. Since we live over an hour from McCarthy Chevrolet and it was late in the evening, I finished my drive home and called them the next morning. They were nothing but helpful in getting my vehicle serviced to improve the problem, sent me home in a loaner vehicle, and pushed my vehicle to the front of the line to prevent me from further inconvenience. Unfortunately, the vehicle had an issue that wasn't going to be a simple fix, and that wasn't something that would work for me. I needed to get into a vehicle immediately so I could get back to my work/family schedule. Jordan Knoll was our sales person and Blake was the sales manager who helped us undo our transaction. McCarthy did everything they could to help us, and when they weren't able to get us into the vehicle we had originally purchased, they immediately gave us our full refund without any hassle. (Not going to lie, I definitely expected to have some hassle, and was VERY relieved at how helpful and gracious they were.) More
