When I set out to buy my first brand new truck I wanted a salesman I could trust. I went to the dealership two weeks before my anticipated purchase day to find that salesman. This is the worst service department in the history of service departments. This clown show of a service department has turned a quoted 3-day fix for the back up camera in my Tahoe, into a month of chaos service departments. This clown show of a service department has turned a quoted 3-day fix for the back up camera in my Tahoe, into a month of chaos and incompetency. It turned out not to be the camera and now they are just throwing things at the wall to see what sticks. Bad wiring, bad HDMI cable, broken human interface mechanism, new software won't load and update, and now its a bad fuse box. Tomorrow it might be the snow in New York is bad, so the part they ordered can't get here. (actually that happened too) .Who the heck knows at this point. Good Lord, go back to mechanics school because y'all are terrible at your job. And all the while that they are fiddling around picking their noses, they are making you pay for a rental car every day, bc they don't care one bit about their customers or their lives. It is beyond frustrating and if you don't like wasting time, money, and brain cells talking to these zombie service people, I would highly suggest you Never Ever Ever, not even in an emergency, bring your car to this dealership. You've been warned. More
