ONE STAR IS TOO MUCH. Do not get any service on your vehicles at all from this Do not get any service on your vehicles at all from this dealership! The female service manager and her underling service advisor are the rudest people on earth. I WAS A MULTIPLE TIME "customer of the month" because of the number of times I had work done there and the way I treated them. I have bought multiple vehicles from this dealership and ALWAYS TREATED THEM VERY WELL. Since Matt left and Greg(who is a AWESOME and a great person to deal with) was moved up the hill the service intake process has gone to xxxx. I USED to use this shop for ALL my vehicles ALL FOUR of my children's vehicles and recommend this place to ANYONE and EVERYONE who asked or needed a place to get work done. Not ever again now. Drew M. is a great mechanic and a great person but not if you have to be treated like crap by the female service manager and her underling service advisor... BEWARE!!! More

Dealership was great except Jonthan Cambell in finance. I canceled extended warranty 2 months ago and form was never submitted.He told me that everything was taken care of. Ramsey is a great sales man to deal with would highly recommend him, the dealer itself is garbage management and the owner have no reguard to hard working people that they are selling lemons that are bro recommend him, the dealer itself is garbage management and the owner have no reguard to hard working people that they are selling lemons that are broken and should not be on the lot. Their service department is a complete joke and one of their mechanics went through my personal stuff in my car. He should be fired. After purching a 2017 f150 I had to preform my own repairs on the truck before it was drivable because service said a grinding noise from the front was normal and turn up the radio. Never go here unless you want to be ripped off!!!! More
