McCombs Ford West responded

Sorry to hear that you that we did not meet your expectations. We do apply the Polysteel to every car on the lot as a part of the pre-delivery inspection. There should be no reason why we couldn't produce some documentation to that effect. The Polysteel comes with a 5-year warranty for exterior and interior damage. We frequently file claims with Polysteel for those claims and if we did not apply the product, I assure you they would not pay for the corrections. The problems you have in service, however, are unacceptable to us and we would like to learn more about it.
