My Review of McDonald GMC Cadillac:
I bought from this dealer to keep Saginaw money in Saginaw. I also work near, therefore I can have easy access to maintenance. The sales went smooth, I was able to test drive, my husband was shown the car during a practice. (The sale man drove it to him) I would of liked a bit better option of price, but they did take my trade in at a decent price. over all I am recommend this salesman to my son who is shopping for a trade in and new car.

Mr. Rick Coombs was a very pleasant man to work with and I would recommend him to anyone. He answered all of my questions and was very helpful explaining terms that I was not familiar with as this was my first experience buying a used car. Mr. Coombs welcomed negotiation and was very friendly and easy to get along with. The other McDonald GMC Cadillac employees were very friendly as well and I have no complaints. I would like to thank Rick for his service and wish him and his family the best.

I recently purchased a 2009 Impala from McDonald GMC Cadillac. With my busy schedule as a Nursing Supervisor, I had very little time to spend trying to find the vehicle I wanted. Sales Associate Mike Pitzen not only found the exact vehicle I wanted, he also beat all the local dealerships prices. Mr. Pitzen contributed to a pleasurable experience and a smooth delivery of my vehicle. I appreciate all of his hard work.

I drive over 80 miles to do buisness here - they have great selection, fair prices and service to follow up the deal with. In my opinon this is the dealer in Michigan.

My wife Mary and myself have been looking to purchases a corvette for about 6 months, we talked to many sales people in this time. We did buy a corvette from Jeff Wagner at McDonald Cadillac GMC, Jeff was very knowledgeable in all aspects of buying a Corvette, his understanding in the process was outstanding. I really enjoyed my experience with McDonald GMC Cadillac and my salesman
Bill Unbanski, everything went so good, I felt like I'd known Bill forever.
He was so knowledgeable and seemed to know what I needed for understanding
my purchase. As an "older" person I knew what I wanted but was afraid of
a high monthly payment. The folks at McDonald helped me get to what I had
to have.

I love my Pontiac Torrent and if and when I decide to get a change I hope
Bill is still at McDonalds'.

I feel Bill Urbanski is a big asset to mcdonald gmc. I got a great deal and would highly recommend them to anybody I know.
It was the best experience I ever had purchasing a vehicle. Everybody there treated my wife and I like family, you won't find that at other dealers I've been to. Kudos to all that work there!

My Review of McDonald GMC Cadillac:
We have purchased several vehicles from McDonald GMC Cadillac and most of them thru Art. Purchasing a car is always a struggle but usually successful with Arts effort of locating the right one. Art can be seen running full tilt all over the lot locating this"right one" and he usually finds what we are looking for. McDonalds is unique with it customer services in the back room including a restaurant and all the facilities. Thanks again Art and we will see you again in a couple of years. John & Marion Mathieson
