Best First Car Buying Experience Ever I am a young woman in my early twenties, and I have been searching for my first car to buy. When I called this dealership, I spoke to Kiefer in the Us I am a young woman in my early twenties, and I have been searching for my first car to buy. When I called this dealership, I spoke to Kiefer in the Used Car Department. I told him that I was looking for a used Jeep, and he was more than happy to help me out. Now, I have been to plenty of dealerships in search of the perfect car, and have experienced pressure from dealers to simply "make a purchase". However, the experience at McDonald Kia was the complete opposite! Kiefer sat down with me, and discussed my budget, what type of car I was looking for, how long I was looking to finance etc. He made me feel very comfortable with my budget, and didn't push me to make a purchase at all. I was even given the chance to test drive several cars, including a jeep with a manual transmission, which he took the time to teach me how to drive! After looking at several options, I finally found the car I had always been in search of! If it weren't for Kiefer and the team at McDonald Kia, I would still be without a car! Thanks, Guys! More

What started out as a "we are just going to look and see what they have to say" turned out to be a "we're sold. we are going to buy this 2016 Kia Sedona" (even though Al Serra was offering a $2000 rebate compared to McDonald's $1000 rebate we ended up going to McDonald's because of Keifer).
