Came in for an oil change and tire rotation on my F350. Got almost home when the TPMS came on to tell me the tire pressure was wrong. Seems that you did a tire rotation but failed to reset the TPMS and did Got almost home when the TPMS came on to tell me the tire pressure was wrong. Seems that you did a tire rotation but failed to reset the TPMS and did not change the tire pressure. So I drove 25 miles there for service then 25 miles home then 25 miles back to correct the problem then 25 miles home again. That was 100 miles for an oil change... A simple oil change and rotation cost me $125.00 plus 1/4 tank of gas. What if I went there for brake service and you forgot the caliper springs or a bolt or something ? Don't think I'll be going back to McFarland Ford any time soon for service. It was just an oil change and tire rotation. Also, no where in the service manual does it call for MOA (motor oil additive) $22.00 I should have been told prior to the service about that one.. More

So far so good had issue with a new truck, the service dept. Checked on the problem had to leave it until the part came in, gave us loaner until the repair is complete, which was much appreciated as we we dept.
