THIS DEALERSHIP JUST REFUSED TO PROVIDE WARRANTY SERVICE ON MY F150 BECAUSE I LEFT THEM A BAD REVIEW. COMPLETELY UNETHICAL! A FEW MONTHS AGO, I HAD PARTS REPLACED UNDER WARRANTY. WHEN ASKED TO LEAVE A REVIE ON MY F150 BECAUSE I LEFT THEM A BAD REVIEW. COMPLETELY UNETHICAL! A FEW MONTHS AGO, I HAD PARTS REPLACED UNDER WARRANTY. WHEN ASKED TO LEAVE A REVIEW, I DID NOT LEAVE A GOOD ONE. BRANDO, THE SERVICE MANAGER THERE, CALLED ME TO ASK ME TO EDIT MY REVIEW. I REFUSED. NOW THAT I NEED THE SAME WARRANTY REPAIR RE-WORKED, McFARLAND FORD IS REFUSING TO DO IT BECUASE OF THE BAD REVIEW I LEFT LAST TIME. A GOOD DEALERSHIP DOES NOT OPPERATE THIS WAY. Had my back up camera replaced less then 2 years ago when it was Rochester Ford. It started glitching again so I called and they said it’s under warranty. I specifically called them again before my appointme it was Rochester Ford. It started glitching again so I called and they said it’s under warranty. I specifically called them again before my appointment and ask if there will be a diagnostic fee and they said not if it’s the camera. 2 hours later I was told it’s the wiring and I had to pay $170 diagnostic fee which is ridiculous. That wiring should have been replaced 2 years ago if that’s really even the problem. More

The staff are all nice, friendly, respectful and professional. We have never had a negative experience, and the general maintenance and repairs over the years has always been well done. They get you in right away when you call, do a good job. The prices are fair - hey, nothing is cheap today - they're not price gouging and not trying to add extra services onto your bill. They will remind you when your vehicle needs servicing, but are not pushy about it. A+ service at McFarland. More
