First before I write my review regarding the service department I need to make clear the purchase of my pre-owned 2017 Rogue in August of 2021 was a dream. I wish I could say taking the Rogue in for department I need to make clear the purchase of my pre-owned 2017 Rogue in August of 2021 was a dream. I wish I could say taking the Rogue in for issues have not been. The day I picked up the Rogue the trim on the driver's side window broke off. When I took it in after I returned from my Daddy's funeral the service employee saw it and said it was because I went through the car was. I never had a chance to wash it because I just picked it up to show my my. So I had to pay out of pocket to get the trim replaced. Not long after it was replaced it started coming off so I took it back. The same service employee said again it was because of using the car wash. I told him that it shouldn't be doing this and you shouldn't have to be so careful and I'm sure they don't wash the cars by hand at the dealership. Brad then ordered a new one and was replaced free. However, now it is coming off again. And I'm done talking it to the service department. On August 4th of this year I went to have my oil changed. Luiscame to me during the oil change and brought me the filters from my car. They were dirty and needed to be replaced. This is understandable however once I got home I looked at the invoice and it shows charges for installation which shouldn't be that hard since it was open anyway to take them out. There was also a charge for frigi-fresh, when Luis came to me he stated they place a fragrance in the filter but if I had family members that would be sensitive to the smell it didn't have to be placed on it. I said no it's fine. At no time did he state there would be a charge!!! This service departments goal is to charge for every little thing even when you have a warranty even to check to see if there is a problem with your car and to secretly charge. This is dishonest and I no longer trust this service department. Before I go there is one other thing I must address. Before we went on vacation I was at the dealership for an oil change and was told everything was good when they did the 17 point inspection. Brad again was the service employee. However when I was sitting waiting for my granddaughter to get out of school I looked at the check list to find the brakes were needing to be replaced. It was marked in red. I was livid and called the dealership. There is zero excuse for this although they tried to explain it away. I no longer trust the service department to do what they are supposed to do. More

Made the call to McGavock expecting to hear they were charging a crazy mark up on their Pathfinder, like my local dealer. I was shocked and pleased to find $0 markup. They had one of the largest inventories of new cars I have seen in a while. Including 10 or more Pathfinders. Patrick Helm was great to work with. He knew the car well. JT in finance was a straight shooter. No hidden markups or "extras" were pushed on us. Orlando Green stepped in to help with a few last minute questions we had. It was a great buying experience. I would recommend McGavock to anyone in the market for a new car. More
