We price our vehicles on the low end according to current market value so that we can sell them without any hassle. You will find that they are priced to move and thus the reason you came in. While I do not wish to get into a "he said / she said contest" I feel I must put your review in the proper context of what was said. If you remember, you told us while you were at the dealership, 'you are friends with Joe and you came in to keep him honest'. As a customer of Patriot Buick GMC you will find that you don’t have keep us honest and that even though we most likely have the best prices we are still willing to negotiate. I believe this to be an attempt to make us look bad (in an attempt to make your friend look good). Any person will say "We can do that on our own" but it takes a big person to correct what we have done wrong, with no excuses. Mistakes have been made in the past, but were corrected, being human we will probably make mistakes again in the future and when we do, we will correct them also. I will be more than happy to help you in any future vehicle purchases or with the servicing of your truck.
