I just recently bought a car from McGee and I could not be happier with it. Joe was the first person to come up to us at the lot, he was very nice and friendly, he made us feel very comfortable. He went above and beyond of what a typical cars salesman would do and I would not have wanted to purchase my car from anyone else. I highly recommend McGee and Joe, or as some people call him Papa T.

I was a little hesitant to part with my 2003 Jeep Wrangler that I have owned for 8 years. When I entered the dealership Joe was very kind from the beginning. He was not like other salesmen I have encountered in the past. Joe made it very easy to look, drive, and ultimately choose my next vehicle. There was no pressure to buy at that very moment which I appreciate because so many other dealerships do. In parting with my Wrangler, McGee gave me an excellent trade in value and I really feel I made the right decision. I have purchased my last 3 vehicles from McGee and will continue to do so in the future. They have been outstanding to do business with.

Drove up from Providence, RI based on a recommendation to see Joe Tringali and was not disappointed. Great customer service, received a wonderful deal on a new vehicle, and couldn't be happier. Joe's extensive experience made it a no hassle and informative transaction and we left feeling very comfortable with the decision. I would strongly recommend this salesman.

I am sorry to say my experience with this dealership has been horrible. I would not recommend the McGee dealership to anyone. I was bounced around from sales person to sales person (Chris, Charles, or Jessica) and was not given a straight answer to any of my questions. I ended up paying more than asking price for my used Toyota because they refused to complete and follow their own 128 point safety inspection guarentee. This resulted in the 2008 car I purchased from them failing MA state inspection. The service I have recieved after signing on the dotted line has been "very bad". I have recieved no calls or emails from anyone even though I was promised over and over again that they would "take care of it" and "call me tomorrow". The quality of work has been "very bad" -- they did not do any of the work we agreed they would complete as part of the deal -- and I even have it in writting on their "We Owe" slip. If you are reading this please learn from my experience and go to a different dealership. The money you think you might save is not worth hassle.

We had come into the dealership to look at SUV's for our daughter. We had seen a Jeep online and decided to stop by and see what we thought. Unfortunately, the Jeep we saw online was just sold, but another had come in just recently. Joe made us feel like family as he took us around the lot. He not only asked questions of my husband and I but also of our daughter. She really felt a part of the process of purchasing her car. We were absolutely thrilled with the car and the whole experience. We have been telling people of our experience and hope that will send more business their way.

Joe Tringali was the ideal salesman!! He got me what I wanted, he always called and updated me on all information about the vehicle. He's very genuine, humble, kind, not pushy at all an all around great guy! I would HIGHLY recommend him to anyone and everyone who is looking for a vehicle.
