I had a wonderful experience with the saleswoman. Whoever put on the temporary plate used the wrong screws and messed up the inside threads that the correct screws would hold the rear license plate Whoever put on the temporary plate used the wrong screws and messed up the inside threads that the correct screws would hold the rear license plate on. You would assume that the screws not going all the way in (making the temporary plate flap in the wind) would be a clue that there is an issue. The dealer front plate also had the wrong screws used. Not as big a deal because the clips can be replaced easily enough. But doing physical damage to the rear is a big deal. Lastly, after washing my new vehicle for the first time there was a couple of moderately deep scratches the the drivers side rear door that the dealership covered up with a product so it was not visible upon delivery. I would have rated my experience 1 star if not for the wonderful saleswoman I dealt with. Respectively, Joel Snelling More

I was looking to upgrade from a 5 speed 2007 Toyota Corolla that didn't even have power windows to a 2017 Prius Prime, and had a huge learning curve. Jeff was super knowledgeable and walked me through all of the features I'd never used before. I asked a question about charging that he didn't know and he even looked it up on the spot - no BS answers. Also, as a female person shopping on my own, I never felt patronized, talked down to, or pressured, only respected. I would absolutely shop there again and they'll be the first place I go, when I need to replace the Prius. More
