We had a great experience. We bought the car we were looking for and not asked to look at any other cars. Had a nice experience until the finance person pulled shady, unnecessary, nonsense. I clearly stated I didn’t want optional gap insurance and they added it and tried to sneak it thru, when I called them shady, unnecessary, nonsense. I clearly stated I didn’t want optional gap insurance and they added it and tried to sneak it thru, when I called them on it they tried to make me jump thru hoops to get rid of it. Only when they realized I was going to make a scene did they back off. The whole experience until that point was good, I would be leaving a glowing review but instead they decided they needed to make a extra 100 bucks to sell me nonsense insurance, that I clearly stated I didn’t want. No idea if this is a company policy or just a rogue finance person trying to pad a commission but is it really worth it? More
