Recently, I brought my 2019 Highlander to McGee Toyota of Putnam for a regular maintenance oil, change, tire, rotation, and inspection. This is my second Highlander and all Service has been consistently done Putnam for a regular maintenance oil, change, tire, rotation, and inspection. This is my second Highlander and all Service has been consistently done for both vehicles by McGee and previously Tri-State. Upon inspection, it was discovered that after a very cold winter, mice had caused significant damage. The video footage was needless to say, alarming. Despite keeping the vehicle clean and having a black interior, any signs of infiltration were not noticeable by me. Thank goodness for inspections! Crystal (Service Concierge/Manager) had the unfortunate task of delivering the costly inspection results to me, accompanied by video footage. Her professionalism, knowledge, management, and communication from customer intake to completed repair work was outstanding. I want to commend all of the employees that I interacted with (the gentleman that offered to vacuum my vehicle upon arrival, Crystal, Johnny-who completed the repair work, the gentleman that answers the phone for the service department, the woman who manages vehicle rentals, the welcome greeter at the front of the dealership, the cashiers, and anyone involved that I did not interact with directly) for a very pleasant experience.
