Unfortunate. I bought a used car from this dealership. I purchased an extended warantee. We were then called to say the repair was needed & they would have to order the necessary parts for the repair. We would have appreciated being told this was the protocol before making the repair. Great job I bought my tundra at Harr. Their service is terrible, I brought it to McGee and they were professionals. They did my oil change and rotated my tires I bought my tundra at Harr. McGee is so much better as far as service goes I imagine their sales dept. has to be much better than Harr as well. McGee seems to value their customers where as Harr treats everyone like garbage.
