Between members of my family and me, we have bought over 20 vehicles from Framingham Ford over the last 15 years. They have never failed to put me number one as a customer. I am within walking distance of another dealership but drive the half hour to Framingham Ford because they have earned my trust and have given me far better service. I originally gave the local dealer the opportunity to sell me a car, matching the price given to me by Framingham Ford. I was told that "no one was going to sell (me) a car at that price," at which point, I went directly back to Framingham Ford and bought it for the price they quoted. I have never looked back. More

Carefully zip-locked my bag of coins in the center console before dropping it off for service, wide open when I picked it up. We went in to look at two different Ford options. We had done a lot of previous research on the car we needed so new exactly what we wanted to test drive. Brian listened to what we wanted and didn't try to get us to check out more cars than we were interested in. He took the time to allow us to really get a feel for the two models we were looking at so we could make the best choice for us. After really listening to what we needed both in a car and in our budget, he directed us to a slightly used, lower priced car that fit our budget better than the 2011/12 model. He was knowledgeable about both the models and if he didn't have the answer he made the effort to get the answer for us. We felt good about the price of the car and the trade value they gave us on our trade-in. Thanks Brian! We haven't used the service department and not sure if we will given all the negative reviews...plus we have a long-time mechanic we will likely continue to work with when the car needs servicing. I purchased a sport track from them new. The sales staff I purchased a sport track from them new. The sales staff was above average and relatively descent to deal with. They misdiagnosed the issue with my truck as well as charged me for my service visit eventhough the truck was under original factory warrenty. Not only would I not recommend this dealership to others. I tell people to avoid them all together. More

The sales process was very difficult a great deal was wasted haggling over price but their real problem is the service department is very very bad. I went in to get the 4x4 fixed when they called back to tell me it was ready they told me my truck had uneven tire wear and needed an alignment. I had just purchased new tires 2 weeks before and had it aligned, when I confronted him about this he just moved on and said the truck was ready. Even though it was still not fixed, they claimed to have taken it for a test drive but if they had they would have heard the problem. I will buy a car from these people again just because of their service department. More
