I spent $5,800 getting the front suspension done and a tune up was told it wasn’t under warranty but I paid for an extended warranty when I bought the truck . I scheduled an appointment for 7:30am for oil change and check on the breaks for my work truck. I rearranged my work schedule to be able to give one full day for the service and Dropped off the truck the check on the breaks for my work truck. At 4pm I got a phone call from the service advisor saying that My breaks is on the “red” and I also need new tires. I said, fine, but I need my truck to go to work tomorrow, and he said that if I want the service I would have to leave the truck for another day or I could go pick up and schedule an appointment in the future to bring the truck back. I would have to lose another day of work anyways. What is the point to get an early appointment if no one will see your car until late afternoon, and you can’t get the service they said you need, because is too late in the day to do it. More
