Sales Manager uncooperative After emailing the dealership and explaining to them that I was in the market for a F-350 super duty pick up truck, they assured me to come on in that After emailing the dealership and explaining to them that I was in the market for a F-350 super duty pick up truck, they assured me to come on in that they have plenty on site. After looking at a bunch of trucks we agreed on a truck and price. Upon receiving the truck I noticed that it was not a 350 but instead a 250. Upon contacting my sales associate, he reassured me that the 250 could tow the trailer with easy just like the 350 would. I was skeptical on it and explained to him that I would like to beef up the rear suspension to be sure. We agreed that we would split the cost and everything would be good. Well, the sales manager wanted nothing to do with splitting the cost (mind you his share was $400.00) and declined that they would pay any amount. This after buying a 2017 truck that cost me $45K. I will be picking up the cost to make my truck what I need it to be and will never be going back nor recommending any of my friends/co workers. Just a side note, Bryan in sales was a very nice gentleman that wanted to pay out of his pocket to resolve the issue which I refused. The reason I refused his offer, was that it's the dealer that should be paying not him. More

Low Pressure Sales - Excellent Customer Service We went in to look at a used car we saw online. First, I was very happy it was actually there - in the past I have gone to look at cars at other deal We went in to look at a used car we saw online. First, I was very happy it was actually there - in the past I have gone to look at cars at other dealers and the car isn't even there - then they try to sell you something else. So kudos to Framingham Ford for that!! Secondly, the sales person we worked with (Orlando) was very nice, helpful and low pressure. He answered all our questions about the car, we took it for a test drive and he gave us all the time we needed to make a decision. The price we got for the car I believe was fair. It was a certified used car but only a year old with low miles. It still had manufacture warranty left on it but we paid to extend it anyway. The financing process was painless and quick. Overall the experience was great and I would recommend the dealership and Orlando if you are in the market for a new or used car. More

Professional and courteous I contacted Framingham Ford/Lincoln online and received an email and phone call the next day (Sunday). I was looking for a new 2016 Lincoln MKC with I contacted Framingham Ford/Lincoln online and received an email and phone call the next day (Sunday). I was looking for a new 2016 Lincoln MKC with end-of-year reduced price. I met with Orlando Rodriguez on Monday 11/21/16 and I purchased the car within an hour. Orlando make the experience enjoyable and stress free. He is a very knowable with Ford/Lincoln products and is a true gentleman.
